Adding a new custom library

At the first step, a custom .adsklib file needs to be copied to a path on the local disk:

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\EasyChanger\resources\Libs\Materials

or

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\EasyChanger\resources\Libs\Appearances

After restarting Fusion 360, the new custom library will be accessible in a drop-down list of the add-on.
